Mr. LK Khor has extensive experience and expertise in the Property Management industry for more than 10 years around the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the key management team of a leading property management company, managing up to more than 12 property sites at its peak.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate Management from the University of Malaya–Wales and is a licensed and registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP).
With extensive experience in both international and local real estate agency management, Mr. TK possesses in-depth knowledge of the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), particularly in its practical enforcement within complex strata communities. He is highly regarded for his ability to structure and implement tailored by-laws, guiding Management Corporations (MC) and Joint Management Bodies (JMB) through AGM and special resolution processes in full legal compliance.
He is an active member of leading professional bodies, including the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

Mr. Khaw is an experienced Operations Executive within the real estate and property management industry, with more than five years of regional exposure across the Central and Northern regions of Peninsular Malaysia.Prior to his current role, he served as part of the key management team in a leading property management company, where he supported the Operations Manager and Head Office in overseeing more than 20 strata scheme at its operational peak.
In his current capacity at Head Office, Mr. Khaw plays a vital role in supporting the General and Operations Manager in day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include coordination between Head Office departments such as Accounts and Human Resources, as well as providing administrative and operational support to site-based Building Supervisors. He also assists in site-related administrative functions, ensuring alignment between site operations, financial processes, and Head Office requirements.
Mr. Khaw is recognised for his straightforward communication style, strong work ethic, and high level of motivation. He is a committed Estate Agent and Property Management professional known for his proactive approach and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Over the course of his career, he has attended more than 100 monthly management meetings and has assisted and coordinated over 20 Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs). He possesses strong working knowledge of the Housing Development Act 1966 (Act 118) and the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), including its regulations and practical application in day-to-day property operations.

She is able to prepare budget for JMB/MC to ensure management fund sustainability with obtain profitability with remarable surplus.
