PDL Property Management is led by a team of experienced professionals with expertise in both property and risk management. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, yet personalized property management solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our valued clients.

 

PDL is a focused and reputable property management company with a well-balanced portfolio comprising residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Our key personnel bring between 5 to 20 years of industry experience, having worked with developers, Joint Management Bodies (JMB), and Management Corporations (MC) across a wide range of properties—from low-density residential projects to high-end condominiums.

 

To date, PDL has successfully managed over twenty (20) projects of varying scales across Penang.

 

Our office is strategically located in Georgetown, Penang.

At PDL, each of our Building Maintenance Managers and Supervisors is committed to carrying out their duties with professionalism, competence, and strict adherence to the highest industry standards.
